2. Data and operations
Consent covers the application form, contacts, education and exam data, passport details, photograph, diplomas, transcripts, recommendations, motivation and study plans, financial, medical and other documents that I provide for admission.
Permitted operations include collection, recording, organisation, storage, correction, use, transfer to agreed recipients, restriction, deletion and destruction, by automated and manual means.
3. Purposes and recipients
Purposes are to assess the profile, match programs and scholarships, check and prepare documents, submit agreed applications, manage correspondence, and support visa and arrival steps within the selected package. Recipients depend on the selected universities and services; before sensitive documents are shared, the client is told who will receive them and why.
4. Duration, withdrawal and consequences
Consent remains valid until its purposes are fulfilled or it is withdrawn, unless longer retention is required by law or contract. It may be withdrawn in account settings and by emailing linglongschooll@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing but may stop services that cannot be performed without the data.
